The ideal candidate for this position has at least 3 years of verifiable experience with commercial driving and fleet management. Responsibilities include overseeing the supervision of day-to-day operations of the drivers and fleet vehicles, customer relations, regulatory compliance, and assist with equipment and vehicle maintenance. Great interpersonal and organizational skills a plus. Candidate must be able to interact well with client representatives and conduct field services and safety audits.

We are seeking qualified shuttle bus operators who are focused on safety and positive customer service.
The position requires a CDL license, A or B, with a "P" endorsement. Applicants must have a minimum 3 years of CDL verifiable driving experience for the Washington, DC Metro Area, a clean Motor Vehicle Report, hold a current DOT Card, and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.

The ideal candidate for this position has at least 2 years or more transportation experience, or experience in a transportation related field, and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. Applicants must posses a commanding knowledge of the technical applications related to shuttle bus transportation services, to include contract compliance, operations and vehicle maintenance.
This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills. The Training Manager will prepare and implement training handbooks and manuals, understand DOT compliance regulation, conduct new hire training, current driver training, and be familiar with the Smith System Training.
